After graduating from a Ha Noi University of Industrial college, Thao struggled to find suitable employment and eventually turned to crafting knives and handmade tools. Initially, he taught himself by watching YouTube videos, but later sought more specialized instruction from craft villages.

After studying under renowned knife making and steel crafting masters, he launched his own studio specializing in handcrafted knives tailored for leatherworking.

While attending an exhibition in Guangdong, China, he met Jackie Huang, a fellow expert in manufacturing tools for handmade leather goods. Following this encounter, the two professionals teamed up to establish the Diudus brand, which specializes in supplying tools for handmade leather crafting.

Currently, he is the founder of Diudus and a craft workshop specializing in providing and manufacturing items such as knives and handmade leather tools.

Thao's dedication to honing his craft and his passion for creating high-quality tools has led to the success of Diudus, which has gained recognition both locally and internationally. His commitment to preserving traditional craftsmanship while incorporating modern techniques has set Diudus apart in the industry. As a result, the brand has become a go-to for artisans and leatherworkers seeking top-notch tools and equipment for their craft.
